Can you Identify this Frame ????????

Here is some more pics and info guys ???? This has really got me curious now.

Got some of the paint off and the head tube is not fillet brazed but a lug with tubes bonded or pressed into it same as the seat lug and bottom bracket. Also found another number stamped in the head tube / lug : M35I 5768

Other prob may be the BB which has almost all the splines broken off it (any suggestions)

Also I have no idea what the paint is but paint stripper does not work on it.
Ended up rubbing some of it off with thinners. Did find some original paint underneath ... it's a battleship grey??

I seem to remember that 'Look' did some bonded frames BITD, although I seem to remember that they had internal cable routing on them.
