If you want a 50th group this is probably quite a cheap option.

Bloke would probably take an offer; the frame, bars, saddle & stem are probably good for £500 - 700 so the group would be a bargain.

What logo and colour brake lever hoods came with the 50th groupset normally? I've been browsing around a bit and you see all sorts - gum, white, brown, world, shield. Was it an option that could be specified or were a range of styles supplied randomly with the different sets? Or is it simply that you see a lot of 50th-equipped bikes with replacement hoods?

Similarly, what about brake cable outers, and toestraps?

All the NOS sets I have seen (photos) have had gum hood and black cables.

The hoods have worlds logo.

With the set there was a card that detailed the options; hood & cable colour was not an option.

That said people changed both to suit their builds.

Toestraps were not part of the 50th set AFAIK.
