Bottom bracket size for FSA powerpro cranks?

I've never done that before, how?
from memory there is a slip over plastic cap on the none drive side, remove this then remembering it's a backwards thread undo the lock nut, remove the retaining washer then the cone. do the last bit over a tray to catch the teeny tiny bearings that fall out. push the axle out the drive side.

Later, sealed bearing jobbies are press fit and you need to make a puller for it, so it depends which sort you have. :)
