I confess my ignorance
to me E-stay was a different way to fix the front mech ??)
I am correct

what advantages ?

Elevated (e-stay) as in elevated chainstays.....was a fad in 89-90 and allegedly gave improved climbing, better mud clearance and zero chainsuck......oh, and they look cool as f**k

Neill

And you don't have to split the chain to remove it.

Mantis XCR

Although paid for many months ago when the exchange was favourable, my Mantis XCR has already visited the UK once, sadly returned to America box unopened through a catalogue of coincidences and errors!

The Mantis has since resided at Fairfax Pat's, detoxing from the excitement and is now about to begin the flight across the pond again. If it makes it back in time to have a fresh pair of Mag 21s, Flite and SPDs, I'll snap a more appropriate image.

Mr K

PS. More on Mantis here: http://www.blackbirdsf.org/xframe/

Does one have to currently own a bike nominated for BoTM? Can I enter one of my old bikes that I now no longer own?
