Chain tensioners are a faffing PITA. Nothing beats track dropouts for simplicity and clean looks though the ENO is a nice piece of kit.
The whole beauty of a nice tensioner free SS set-up is kicking the cranks backwards and seeing the drivetrain do an easy 6 or 7 revolutions. (At least on a non-draggy good old square taper set up, ie not HTII...) Try it on a geared and it goes round once.
