Those sound like Pace forks although I think they should be 531 rather than 753 blades. A photo would certainly help with identification

Re the black frames with the minitube bridge, I think I may have one as well, will take a pic of the bridge to see if its the same.
Mine was badged as a Dunehill but the way the stickers were on makes me think it is a generic frame supplied to companies for them to build up and badge.
Another sticker said Designed in Florence and built in Israel!!! Home of the Mountain Bike!!
Very nice welds though and geometry "looks right".

They are not triple clamps - rigid, straight bladed forks.

it has interesting cable stops - i.e. semi circular / crescent shaped, incorporating all three cable stops, if that helps identify...
