What are the seat tube and top tube measurements? Head tube length? Is the head tube diameter 1 1/8 ?

It’s 1.1/8” head tube
Says size 54 which is approx 21.25”
But Best to ask the seller via our Italian members here such as @danaroby00 or @RetroRider_IT ir @Sergio1069
