Barn find - Funk Pro comp '91 (?)

They look great, a full silver set of ritchey components will look great, that blue is perfect. What's the paint code?

With her original stem (it weights double the ITM)..
Just a few more days and a black A-tac will arrive, it will be a hard decision which one to stay with:/
And an almost nos black Xt seatpost is on it’s way to me, still couldn’t find a nice polished.

Still not “finished”, but the basics are done

That metallic blue is reminiscent of a late 70s Trans Am or something, looks great!

I have a set of those WI hubs too, someone referred to them as "beer cans" , maybe that's a common nickname ? They're super nice and they make enough noise to enjoy without sounding too wild.

Question - what BB did you find worked for your CQP's ? I'm thinking about using the same m2000 on my merlin but finding a spindle (my frame takes a press fit BB) for the CQP is giving me pause.

I’ve used a BB-UN70 XT with 122,5mm spindle from ‘91. It is just enough long for the e-stay frame, but I think it would not work on a frame with “normal” chainstay

Think I used an 127.5 BB on a CQP chainset to clear the chainstays
