Avid SD 1.9 and 2.0. For Cantis or V-brake?

Hello, new in the retro Mtb world. I've become interested in these brake levers for my Marin -95 build. I' ve seen models with the designations 2.0 and 2.0L. Are the 2.0 for Cantis and the 2.0L for V-brakes?
(Looking for levers for my cantilever brakes).

both v-brake specific if i'm not mistaken although there is some adjustment...

Ok, thanks. Would that make then unsuitable for cantilever brakes?
