Yes it is . I took this photo five years ago . I had an interesting chat with the owner at the time .I cannot remember any details :? too many miles since....
Found picture during a cull of stuff on our computer .

Fwiw, the annual rate for that sort of set-up back in the late fifties was seventeen shillings and sixpence, or about fourpence a week.

After mulling it over ,I do recall it had a rear number plate mounted on the rack carrying the engine . Thinking the brakes had been updated in some way + it had to have an MOT.
 
A very interesting vehicle. I'm amazed at this marvel of technology. My neighbor's construction would look perfect here. He recently bought himself a saw table at https://trimthatweed.com/best-portable-table-saw-stand/. The table is very good, sturdy and reliable, just what you need for work. At first, as an ordinary man he made all sorts of planks, benches and a table. But after a while he rolled out a bicycle whose frame and handlebars were made of wood. I couldn't have been more surprised. What people do in quarantine...
