Another 3 pounds lost

Well done. I don't need to loose weight but I cut out a lot of crap from my diet at the start of the year - made a real difference to my general well being. Had more energy etc. let it slip a little over the last month or so, back on to it again now.

Just getting up and eatin breakfast within a half hour makes a real difference.
 
I noticed my weight going up, I'm normally about 10st7lb and never bothered weighing myself as I've been roughly the same since I was 18. My girlfriend bought new scales so I had a shot on them and was shocked to see I was 11st4lb. I then realised that I was drinking about half a dozen cans of soft drinks a day, so I cut them out and I'm down to 10st10lb with no change of diet apart from that. I could probably get down to my old weight but I have a deep love of Guinness and red wine.
