Alternative hose clips to zip ties

Those are designed to fit in a standard cable stop, won't fit on these guides. Also they neither look nor work well.

C clips work on frames I've had, but if they don't fit yours, I'd use a single zip tie across both cables and have the bulky clamp bit tucked away in the recess between the guides, with the pointy cut end facing in against the top tube.

Not a fan of c clips either, I always find they rattle. Coloured zip ties always stand out way too much, even if they colour match. Agree with ishaw, single thin black cable tie across both cables. Although I’d butt the end of it against the frame personally. I find them easier to tighten that way.
