I like this a LOT. Had a lovely black old-school steel Stumpy that was such a sweet ride, never got over losing it. Are you in or near London, I wonder? Reason I ask is that I'd be interested in buying the whole thing, not just the frame... but I also have a bike that I think might meet your touring brief... can take pics and send em online, or if you're London-based I could bring it over for you to take a look.
