Just measured it with a set of digi' calipers and "open" without any nip on the bolt, it is 26.45, ish, but when the bolt is nipped up I measured it at 26.0. The design of these with the wide jaw, leaves a fair bit of room for nipping them up, unlike the other Cinelli designs.
