76 Raleigh Roadrunner ( No really, it's more MTB than it sounds )

Crikey, she's going down to Woolaton Castle on Tuesday to appear in the background of Antiques Roadshow who are doing a thing on Raleigh of Nottingham. if anyone else wants to take an interesting vintage or retro Raleigh I can put you in contact with the Director. No money I am afraid but could be a fun day :)

When I was a kid we were riding 3 speed Schwinn Sting Rays or a knock off by CCM
I was hitting the neighborhood trails as a kid on some CCM diamond frame type of bike long before I had heard of "mountain bikes". I am in the planning/acquisition phase of CanadianClunkMachine build. 3 speed SA hub laced to Arayas, motocross bars, u brakes. Better build than what was available to me back then, but in the spirit of my youth.
