That Genesis looks great, a real do it all machine. I'm looking at a Salsa Vaya at some point which is quite similar, love my touring bike but want discs.

On another note I had my first go on a modern 29er at the weekend offroad round a tight, technical course....it made me long to have my 26 wheel bike back, quick on the flats but ultimately a little boring to ride.

i am going to see Tom tomorrow, chucking him some more of my hard earned (that's a lie by the way) money, will be discussing drop outs etc, still can't decide the best way. i'm leaning towards getting the paragon rear ends, then having Tom make the drop out to fit the paragon slider if that makes sense.
