Would you sell the set of dropouts with the gear hanger on their own? Think this was sold with two sets

No the frame has only one set of geared and singlespeed dropouts.

I provided the decals as part of the frame price so need £100 to break even. I work in York every Saturday so could meet up.

Your still misunderstanding. I dont have the decals. I provided them to the seller as part of the purchase. The price is for the frame and both sets of dropouts. Yes I can meet at Monks Cross York no problem.
