1997 Cannondale F300, Worth buying?

Hi, after a bike for casual riding, spotted a 1997 Cannondale F300 for £65. in working order but rear wheel will need replacing soon. Just wondering if this worth the money and a half decent bike that will last a while. Would it be easy enough to upgrade if I wanted to? Cheers.

Looks fine for the money
If you split it down ,a pair of decent tyres are 20 quid +
Tubes another £7
Cables a tenner
So that's half your money there
These are the bits you don't really consider when building a bike from bits
So the rest is a bargain
You'll find a wheel in the for sale bit for 25/30 quid or so

Thanks for the advice, Looking around you don't get much for £60 so I think as long as the frame is in decent nick (which it looks like it is) I'll probably buy it. Hopefully going to take a look at it some time this week. If I do get it, no doubt I'll be back with a few more questions. Thanks again!
