I run 46:17 on my 26" wheel commuter, its fine around town and isnt too bad a starting from the lights gear. That looks tougher though - 48:16? Least you wont be spinning out.

48 14 At the moment but I have a few ratios to try. Bit slow off the mark but I quite like it. Have few friends that like their roadies and its nice to not see them disappearing in to distance
