1994 Cannondale Killer V 900

After 27 years I've finally managed to get another Killer V, the painted version of the one I use to race back in 1994. This won't be a full resto as the paint isn't that bad (from a few feet away :LOL:) but more of a sympathetic re-build to a similar spec to my race bike.

Apart from the tyres, saddle and grips, it's surprisingly original.

That bike is definitely killer. I love this era of Cannondales bikes with the big tubes and to find one in this condition is a bonus. Signing up for updates.
 
I was looking over your KV thread, sure is a stunning example you have there. I was fortunate enough to work in a Cannondale dealership from the mid 90’s, it was always such a pleasure to build up a polished Dale.

It’s a Controltech stem, not original, but period correct. I’ve still got the original stem but it’s seen far better days. The Controltech needs a clean up an new decals, but it’s salvageable.
