Yes it is!
The model year is 1991 but the project begun in 1988 when Gary Fisher met Mert Lawwill.
The bike was initially assembled in a different way and was used as a prototype.
You can see now the final assembling before the bike was sold (probabilly in late 1990).
This bike was the most important bike in a Californian bike store museum

Yep Have the 99 Schwinn 4 banger, 98 Straight 6, 99 & 00 Straight 8's and a Rotec RL9
Still need Fisher RS-1, push shock Schwinn Straight 6&8, and Yeti DH4&9.
