1991 cannondale sm500 clean up

I have put this up for sale in the classifieds section, but today i had some time and decided to go on a hunt through boxes and rebuild it. all i am missing is period 1991 tires and an xt headset. xt pedals, apart from that its as i brought it from a mate in i think from memory 92/93. its got xt groupset m730. xt m730 hubs on araya rm 17 rims. xt chainset. etc. Fantastic original condition, the paint has the odd stone chip but to be honest for a 20yr old bike its really good. would consider selling it as a complete bike if anybody was interested, but for now its all t cut and polished and ready to ride. cheers

Looks in better nick than the paint on my SM700 from the same year:

which is badly in need of touching in/T-Cut/etc.

you have the black frame lime splatter, thats the frame my mate wanted but couldnt get one at the time in his size and so brought the black frame white splatter pink letters instead, and upgraded the components. cheers
