I've recently completed this restoration / rebuild for Tom sfsr

He posted a thread asking for help with this project and kindly entrusted me to undertake this for him....
Recommendations for someone to restore my '87 Muddy Fox Explorer





Every component has been stripped down, cleaned, serviced, restored, polished etc

Handlebar: Muddy Fox original with logos
Grips: Muddy Fox original

Brake Pads: Shimano
Brake Cables: Shimano
Cantilever cable hangers: Dia-compe
Brake Levers: Suntour "nos"

Shifters: Suntour "nos"
Front Derailleur: Suntour XC Sport
Rear Derailleur: Suntour XC Sport

Cassette: Sunrace "nos" 6 speed

Cranks: Sugino - mirror polished and clear anodised

Tyres: 1.95 Ritchey Z-max folding

Saddle: Muddy Fox original - cleaned, restored, treated
Seatpost: Strong - satin brushed
Seatpost Binder: Muddy Fox original

Many hours of work, and I'm very pleased to report that Tom is very happy with it

you have enough love for the bike to buy it, you sought expert help and advice to restore it, and with exceptional results. I think that says enough.

Its a BOTM contender for sure.
