You could of course refinish it with Hinault decals. These are available from cyclomondo. all the TVT bikes appear to have that red panel on the seat tube whether finished with look decals or hinault decals

World Cycle Decals does them - I worked in tandem with the
guys there to get them replicated to perfection. I don't know why
the link isn't highlighted on their webpage, but they definitely have them:
