I have been looking at photos of the PDM TVT bikes from 1989 to 1992. First up is Sean Kelly in the 1989 San Sebastian classic in the first version of the World Cup jersey.

Raul Alcala and Sean Kelly in the 1990 Tour of Switzerland. Alcala is on a steel bike, Kelly is on a carbon TVT, the rear brake cable exiting the frame is the giveaway, along with the band on front deraileur and carbon forks. The head tube is one piece - not like the 89 bikes.

Sorry messed that one up, this is Kelly sitting on a TVT bike at the 1990 tour, you can see the distinctive TVT seat cluster clearly. It is just painted black not shiny aluminium as you would see on most TVT frames

Alcala and Bruikink at the Tour de France in 1990. Alcala's bike is a TVT, note again the exit of the rear brake cable from the frame and the black carbon forks - no chrome.
Everything is badged to make it look like a steel bike, it even has columbus tubing decals!

A quick update as I've managed to do a bit more on the bike this week. I went to fit the pedals & then found out they had French threaded axels so i had to nick some from another pair of Look pedals with English axels. I'm just working on the bars & brake levers etc so hopefully i should have it finished this week. But progress is real slow because of the medical condition, but I'me getting there slowley.

Hi andy
No not NOS as I prefer my bikes to look a bit like they have been used & not like they have just come out of the showroom.
The nearest to NOS I will ever go is to respray the frame which I had done with this bike.
