18" db apex 1995/96

Had one of these once. Foolishly sold it. It said 18" on the decal but the seat tube measured 19". Blue/navy colour.

Must be in good cond

It's not in bad shape, there are chips & scratches & rubbing on the paint as you can see.
As for equipment most of it looks original apart from the bars, grips, tyres, seat & peddles.
The rear wheel has a slight buckle but otherwise it's pretty good.
