Great that your going to have a look. Surely if you buy with cash and he takes it off eBay (assume he's listed it with no fees) he can take some money off it??? Otherwise he'll get stung twice with fees if done through official routes (eBay fee + PayPal fee). It'll no doubt be an interesting visit regardless!
