The lugwork Dropouts and the crimp in the driveside Chainstay for the chainrings reminds me of a fair few entry to mid level Raleigh of the late 80'd to early 90's. 9though as above i can be completely wrong about any or all of it!)

They're a nice enough lump for truddles along a cycle track etc, I bolted a kiddie seat for my youngest to mine but had to move it on in the end as I had to concede it was too big for me and trying to get on and off without kicking little'un in the head was awkward to say the least
