FS: Proflex 854 complete bike

Im sure you can get spares from somewhere but Ive heard the microwave trick loosens the elastomers up and Ive also read that drilling holes into the rubbers gives them better action too.

got some if you need them new type not the original , pm me for more details

edit :- the original is the yellow piece

does come in other colours but this green is the closest in SHORE hardness to the originals , the originals were 70 , these are 80

there are other COLOURS available , but are too hard , and will cost you £45 for the length , bit expensive for colour coding

the only difference is in the materials used , these are UV resistant

which was the main cause of the originals deteriorating

jez , if you undo the large silver cap at the top of the rear stack , you will find that the elastomer is actually two pieces , seperated by the black spacer , a bit like the spacers in a manitou fork , helps with the travel

the microwave trick will work but they will soon go rock hard again in a day or two

have sent you a pm
