I'm just in the process of giving my 1992 Karakoram a bit of an overhaul and hopefully get it looking as good as yours.
A question I have is what size seatpost did your frame need? The one that's in mine at the moment is pretty corroded and I can't read a size off it. I've searched the site for info and some say 26.8 and some say 26.4. I think 26.4 because a 26.8 out of my 1992 Avalanche won't fit! I want to make sure before I end up buying the wrong size...
