Wanted 1992 Gt outpost stem in inferno orange.

I am looking for the above, bit of a long shot but if anyone has a 1 inch GT stem in the inferno orange paint scheme then please let me know. The 91 Karakoram also came in the same colour but this is a 1 1/8 fitment unless anyone knows a way of making it fit as I do have access to one?! I have attached a pic below of the colour scheme. (The pic is not my bike)

we have an early 90s outpost as above with 1" head set and stem in the same colourway
the paintwork has some white spotting though but possibly could be refurbed
