We must be one of the quietest area groups for chat.... so come on and start chatting
or I'll ask a few of the MacRetro lot round and they never stop blathering, then you won't be able to get a word in edgeways ;)

No point lowering the tone of the place any further :p

you know when you plan a route out, and on paper/computer screen it all appears to be good, and then you actually go and ride it, and it's nothing at all like you expected?
yep, happened to me today...

early night for me, I'm knackered :)

Where did you go?

We had a ride from Swainby, the first little hill was near three miles but the rest of the ride was well worth the effort.

Redcar-Guisboro' woods-Kildale and looped back via the woods again.
More hills than I expected and the sun was relentless, was 28miles on paper but one of my barends came unglued and fell off  so I added another couple of miles by searching for it, managed to find it though :D
