small road frame...

Hi

I am looking for a road frame to build up. I am a bit of a shorty so i'll need a small frame - at 5' 3 i guess 19" frame. Ideally a nice steel frame -501/531 but i am pretty easy - not looking for anything particularly flash. It'll need to have lugs for panniers and mud guards.

If it's near London/Essex it would make my life easier.

hmmm i have a 19inch bianchi but its a full bike (minus a couple of bits derailleurs,tyres)...It's pretty rough so its not like you'd be gutted if it got nicked 90s steel, i don't think it has pannier or mudgaurdability...

i havent looked too closely, bought off ebay then sorely disappointed when it arrived, but by then it would have cost more to send it back and all the hassle so i just kept it.

How much you looking to spend?
 
It sounds like it might do the trick - not looking to spend 50-70.
I just missed out on a 531 frame on Ebay for £61.
Have you any pics?
 
well having had a look at it in the cold hard artificial light, it is dog rough...and you would probably be better off just taking something off ebay.

I was just looking to get back the 110 i paid for it, but as i said i got ripped off at that price...the paint looks worse than bikes i've dragged out of skips.
