:D Like this a lot Rob...looks like new..

All you need now is some nice black profile bar ends to go on it.

Really want some black Onza ends on it... but I might be pursuaded.. pm me a pic...

Sorry, but I'm bumping this bike up. I love it and it makes me smile everytime I see it in the cellar with the other bikes.
Need to go on a RB ride!!

Great write up. Stunning bike. Rob you are a true Retrobike master!

You are very kind. :)

I think I did a good job on it - it was my first ever restoration and I'm proud of it. I think I could do a better job next time - I'd love to do something like a Grove or Rocky Mountain, maybe something with an unusual paint job or elevated chainstays.

However with my line of work I'm afraid this will probably be my only resto as I just don't have the money for another one. I have my Trek and an Alpinestars, both bought for next to nothing, which will have to be sold as it is to recoup some money. :-(

Thanks all. :)

Thanks for bumping this Rob - I missed it first time around.

A great story well told & a beautiful bike at the end of your efforts that clearly shows the love you put into building it

Nice one :D
