Some of you may remember that I found a Campagnolo Shamal rear wheel at my local recycling centre about a year ago.

well, after months of it sitting around the garage, I sold it.

Guess what turned up at the tip today....

A 1st generation matching Campagnolo Shamal FRONT wheel.

Stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid....

on the flip side theres a guy in his garage who thought " hmm ill just throw out the rear "

weeks later " no the fronts gotta go too "

Doh! I always wanted a pair of those BITD simply stunning. They form part of my ideal retro build.

i'm now learning it is best to never let anything go. ever. i have currently been looking for a kona impact headset and velocity stem, m737 xt sti's and pace rc56 forks, ALL of which i have sold in the last 3 months

what was really upsetting though was a very good condition '88 Rockhopper with its rear stay cut through

thatl be a stolen , strip and throw the remains . its easier to cut through the frame than the lock

well, its a 650C rim, so that would have been fun...

Obviously for a low-pro.

I have a pair of Vento's on my Pennine. Lovely looking wheels.
