Two cyclists killed! R.I.P

Indeed, RIP and sympathies to the families. I see it's been referred to the IPCC, I do hope no-one tries to pin any of the blame on the cops.
 
...think the referral to the IPCC is 'procedural' when any accident involves the Police in any way. Sounds like there was a reason why the BMW was trying to get away from the cops when the accident happened but this underlines all the reasons why I don't go out on the road bike when it is wet, damp or dark.
