This one is a Look Mi80

Here's my main component choices:





So I have several themes going on here; Coolwall!!! I voted Shimano and Campy cool, cos they are

Now there is no doubt that Hyperglide is great, so I have Campy Mirox laced to M730/M732

In order to shift I was gonna use thumbies but I've run out of my stash of MT63/M733 levers...

So another blinding potentially controversial idea dawned upon me; why not use STI?

I have no STI bikes since taking my Univega to bits...

So I'm refinishing some MT63 and have XT shifter pods, these will be de-decal-ed and I'll maybe cover up the 'Deore XT' on the pods...

Haha cool cheers, I love the double use of the word 'look'

And it somehow does look right - although it ought to be wrong!

I guess on a moral level it is, mixing Campy and Shimmy

But HG is awesome an Campy levers just look, well, bulky and plasticky so I'll use Shimano but tone down the branding!

Must be! I don't think you could mistake the added stickering...

Mavic? Yeah makes sense cool kit and French... GB flags? Eh?

I'll be getting ride of those and polishing the frame up

Dunno about touch ups as it's pearlised...

Was gonna ask Sithlord but I gather he is not well...

Anyway glad you like my basic choices! And thanks for selling the frame on! I have a feeling my new number one is about to be born

I look at the geometry and form of this frame and I feel tingly in anticipation of chucking it about!

Found 'em! I reused the box MikeC sent me the Look in to send an Orange 02 frame to Spike3... there was something in the bottom... Some very nice Look bars!

But I'm linking the silver, balancing out the chainset and the mechs to I'll stick with bars I've fitted

Yeah, nice this.
I was contemplating it at the time, but it was just too small.

Mine would have been underway by now if it had got to my parents' house before their last visit (wasn't seller's fault)....

But similar ideas going on for my build too.
