WTD-fork and wheels fo ti build

Got a pair of hope hubbed (black xc I think) on mavic 317 citrus rims from within your time frame I believe. Also got a set of sid sl forks which are disc or V brake. I've also got a set of fox 100 rlc that take disc or V but a set of brand new disc only lowers I was going to swap over at some point (possibly got decals for the lower legs too).
