9mm qr front washers for 10mm bolt through fork?

I have what I think are BMX style forks on my Trailstar, the drop out appears wider than the qr axle. Prob 10mm so I was expecting to find some top hat washers to fit the 9mm axle snug in the drop outs...

Does such a thing exist?

Doesn't sound like a great idea, they would have a 0.5mm wall. Sitting against a thread I can't imagine them lasting long?
