I have the headset and seatclamp in silver and they are both quite a 'matt' finish. I like it.

It's hard to see in the pics, but I know what you're on about.
Different materials respond different to anodizing, and the amount of polishing they had before being anodized can also have an effect on colour and shine.
Being the same brand, your parts should (IMO) have the same exact colour and shininess.
Are these parts from the same era? If the seat clamp is a lot younger than the headset, that could explain a thing or two.

I see, it seems they are both made from 2014 alu though.
I know anodizing isnt a 100% process so maybe a very slight difference but this to me is quite noticable.
They are from the same lineup but may very well be from different years (although i reckon they were probably made at max within a year or so of each other i believe).
