Hi folks!

Can you help me out by telling me how much it might be worth?

My dad passed it on to me after it sat for over a decade in his garage doing nothing.

It has some pretty decent high-end components (for the time) too:

- X Lite Fly Stem
- Hope Tech Wheels
- pace Racing R36 Front Forks
- Some other decent crank/pedals/components that I cannot remember!

These sell for around £500+ depending on a few things, like size, condition, components. If you give it a good clean/polish and check it over for damage, cracks etc while your at it. These will help sell it as you will be asked about condition and also size by buyers.

Hi Mark.

Thanks for that, good to know.

Took it for a spin off-road the other day. Sturdy bugger of a bike!

Is there an interest in this type/make of bike generally? Used it a couple of times for a commute and hadguys come up to me and comment on how nostalgic it was to see it!

Cheers

Adam

So I have a 1998 Kona Kilauea 19" in the garage gathering dust. It is in almost original spec. (http://www.klassickona.com/oldgold/98bikes/kilauea.html), I have owned the bike since new and I have all of the supporting paperwork, including the original bike shop hanger card!

I believe that the only changes are the wheels and saddle. They have been replaced by:
Front: Hope hub with Mavic 217 rim
Rear: Shimano LX or XT (Parallax) hub with Mavic 217 rim
Saddle: Selle Italia Flite

I even have the original Kona Break and Enter tyres that are practically unused.

I can count the number of times the bike has been off-road and got properly dirty on one hand. The bike has done maybe 1500 miles in total. There are a few very light marks on the frame and some cable rub.

I'll happily post pictures if people are interested.

Is there a market for Kona's in this condition, should I take my luck on the Bay, or split for parts?

Thoughts welcome.

Whole, circa 150 to 250 on a very good day.

Parts could be the same or 10‰ more total.

Asking for a friend. It's been in the bike shed for the last 2 years. It's completely stock though. Specialized FSR XC 2007

Hi there

Anybody have any idea how much a set of Marzocchi Junior T forks from 1997-98 might be worth?

Pretty good condition still in the original blue paint. Not sure when they were last serviced but they feel nice and plush.

Thanks
