rear discs on atx 2

that pic is a members on here, knows his stuff i believe he wqas trying to sell it for ages but cant remember username

you will probably have to get one brazed on
but your pics of frame with mount holes on triangle but no actual mounts might prove different?
 
is the painted one a members on here??
thats the one that confused me as the holes below are the same as ihave on mine but he has no V mounts. Is it poss that them holes are for a disc brake as they are usuall on top??

The early atx's had disc mounts on the chain stay and hope made a caliper to fit. I forget the number of the caliper.

The later ones had a convential I.S disc mount on the seat stay.

That's the frame I sold you have a picture of.
 
you could use a hope c2 no.2 caliper :D

you'd need a ti-glide or bulb hub with a 130mm (roadbike) axle and a 150mm disc to make it work :cool:
 
gonna be cheaper to find out which hope caliper fits, anyone know where i could find out which one it is? Just bought a set of wheels for it last week, sunn single track disc only rims so a bit stuck. Even if i got a similar rim that would work with magura rim brakes im not sure they would fit coz the tyre is huge
