Proflex 756

756,same as 856?

If its the same as an 856 then you can as i've got a Girvin shock on mine. Pretty bloody basic though.

If it has the friction shock usually fitted to the 756 then no, not without changing the shock as well anyway, if it has the ODS shock as fitted to the 856 then yes and RDS would be able to supply the springs.

but you can replace hardened elastomers with working ones for that shock at Rapid descent I think
