Looks quite like my old alu Rockhopper,very similar gussetting and rear dropouts look the same. I'm probably wrong I usually am,just ask the wife!

the rear drop outs are the generic taiwan style, same as old dawes ones, nothing special there i'm afraid, certainly not a kona.

Kona importers "Paligap" will be able look at the serial number for you and let you know frame type and age
