Thanks for the heads up, just been over to pick it up.
It looks to be a 97 but I'm not a Klein expert. It has a standard bottom bracket and no bulges around the water bottle bolts. The top tube has paint chips but no ding which is good. It needs a strip down and clean, looks like it went out for a muddy ride a few years ago and hasn't been touched since.
Will post up a thread on it in a week or two's time.

Thanks for the heads up, just been over to pick it up.
It looks to be a 97 but I'm not a Klein expert. It has a standard bottom bracket and no bulges around the water bottle bolts. The top tube has paint chips but no ding which is good. It needs a strip down and clean, looks like it went out for a muddy ride a few years ago and hasn't been touched since.
Will post up a thread on it in a week or two's time.

On closer look there is a slight ding on the side. Hasn't cracked the paint. No ding where the paint damage is. I think still a good deal. There is a bit of a mix of parts - XT, XTR, no name on the hubs, Judy SL's etc... It rides nicely but needs a very good service! Will post up detailed photos and specs on a new thread when I get a spare minute.
