US CL SF 18" Kona Kilauea - $180

That's quite a rare bike actually, I've only seen one other. It's a 1997 Kilauea SE, sold in that spec with a colour-keyed Marzocchi Z2 and a much nicer colour than the standard Kilauea's dark blue. It wasn't imported into the UK, but it is in the Bikepedia list at $1,399 (standard Kilauea with Project 2 was $1,049). It was very good value compared to the Explosif which was $1,649 - that did have better kit and Columbus Max tubing rather than Columbus Cyber, but it was sold with a completely hopeless Indy SL fork, making the Kilauea SE a better bike as well as cheaper. I don't know why they didn't sell more of them.

$180 seems a bit of a steal - the frame alone would raise more than that in the UK.

Very nice! So other than the colour and spec were there any other differences? Different tubeset or variance on the design? I agree the blue has more of an impact...
