That's quite a rare bike actually, I've only seen one other. It's a 1997 Kilauea SE, sold in that spec with a colour-keyed Marzocchi Z2 and a much nicer colour than the standard Kilauea's dark blue. It wasn't imported into the UK, but it is in the Bikepedia list at $1,399 (standard Kilauea with Project 2 was $1,049). It was very good value compared to the Explosif which was $1,649 - that did have better kit and Columbus Max tubing rather than Columbus Cyber, but it was sold with a completely hopeless Indy SL fork, making the Kilauea SE a better bike as well as cheaper. I don't know why they didn't sell more of them.
$180 seems a bit of a steal - the frame alone would raise more than that in the UK.
