Ever seen anything like this ?

There's an unusual frame for sale on EBay; it is difficult to tell, but I assume that whilst the decals might be original, the paint looks rather more recent. And surely, the lug lining isn't original . . . Any opinions ?

I've never seen anything like that before!

It looks like they may have masked the original decals, and repainted the rest of the frame in a closely matched colour.
