Ok, i've been sellin a little of my stuff and it looks like i'm ready to make my next frame purchase (not that my other builds are finished yet!!).....

I'm lookin for a late 80's to early 90's beauty to add to my collection. But please let it be known that i am a fussy bugger, so take no offence if any suggestions are rejected....i just know what i want and what i don't when i see it ;)

So that you know roughly what i have in mind :- I would especially love to add a Yeti Ultimate or an early 90's Merlin to my collection, but as i know these are expensive i would have to start by acquiring the frame (£500 may not be enough for these, but it's all i have), then i can build it up.....part of the fun anyway...

However, anything will be considered...

I'm looking to spend approx £500 for an 18"-19" frame.

Any suggestions anyone?

Drew :)

RC100 would be nice....

Specialised - Not liking early Spesh full sus.
Manitou - OK for donor bike for my Manitou FS only, if i ride it it may break!!
Alpine Stars - Too big & not the Almega XT
Muddy Fox - Not my bag & looking for more celubrious bike
Nishiki - Nice, but not what i feel is "special"

Keep em' comin, but remember they have to be up to £500 mark....and not below £50 ;)

Not trying to make it easy am i?

Hi Stauqmuk,

Thanks for the interest but it's a touch too new for me if you know what i mean....
I'm after a late 80's to early 90's rig (preferrably no later than 92 or 93);)

Nice frame though
Good luck with the sale.

Drew :)
