Here are my preferences in order of preference (?!):
1) Complete bike with good Pace frame with good componentry attached
2) Partially complete bike with good Pace frame with older components or not complete bike
3) Really good Pace frame only, no other parts.
Frame needs to be large (19" plus) the bigger the better, don't mind age or colour (though silver would be nice).
All in straight swap for complete Proflex 857.
Any offers?
Can drive up to 1 1/2 hours away from Derby to do swap and if you do the same that's a large part of the country we can cover or we can just courier bikes to each other at our own cost.

ODS rear unit (with super stiff spring - i.e. hardly moves - you might want to replace for something with boing)
Mix of XT/LX components, Easton EA70 handlebars etc
