After a decent condition silver flex stem, with useable 'suspension', not sure of there was a 110? MAybe 120 will work.

Doesn’t matter - I am led to believe the stem parts are interchangable between quill sizes and I have the right quill.
Saying that, 1 1/4 good nick would be super.

I have 4 or five of these NOS that we’re a little rusty in places so I stripped them and had them blasted at work. They could be one inch or inch and eighth, not sure .if you fancy, you could spray one any colour you want. Looking for £15 each

They did go very short. Off-road were one of the first companies to size bikes for smaller people and women. They did 12” frames with 90mm flex-stems, although it is worth using very soft bumpers on the really short ones to get the same travel.
